This page is for listing basic equipment as I make it up.

Weapons Weapons have a base damage rating, a number of hands, and a delay. They are also specified as ranged or melee.

Balanced Dagger
Sword-type weapon, 5 base piercing damage, delay 2, one-handed
A balanced dagger may be thrown, dealing damage at range.

Balanced Longsword
Sword-type weapon, 12 base slashing damage, delay 3, one OR two-handed
If you wield a longsword two-handed, add 3 to the base damage and subtract 1 from the delay.
+2 to attacks

Balanced Rapier
Sword-type weapon, 8 base slashing damage, delay 2, one-handed
+3 to attacks

Balanced Short Sword
Sword-type weapon, 5 base slashing damage, delay 2, one-handed
+2 to attacks

Curved Axe
Axe-type weapon, 10 base slashing damage, delay 5, one-handed
When a target takes more than 50 damage after resistance from a curved axe, they are Wounded.

Dagger
Sword-type weapon, 2 base piercing damage, delay 3, one-handed

Enchanted Staff
Staff-type weapon, 2 base bludgeoning damage, delay 5, two-handed
+5 Magic Points, this is a Magical staff.

Footman’s Lance
Spear-type weapon, 10 base piercing damage, delay 5, two-handed
Decreases the delay on Engage by 2.

Ironbark Bow
Bow-type weapon, 10 base piercing damage, delay 4, two-handed
Deals +2 pain on a hit.

Long Staff
Staff-type weapon, 4 base bludgeoning damage, delay 3, two-handed
When you wield a long staff, subtract 2 from the delay of the Engage action.

Long Sword
Sword-type weapon, 8 base slashing damage, delay 4, one OR two-handed
If you choose to wield the long sword two-handed, add 3 base damage and decrease the delay by 1.
The Long Sword deals +2 pain on a successful strike.

Ornate Longsword
Sword-type weapon, 10 base slashing damage, delay 3, one OR two-handed
If you choose to wield the long sword two-handed, add 3 base damage and decrease the delay by 1.
+3 pain damage

Short Bow
Bow-type weapon, 4 base piercing damage, delay 3, two-handed, ranged

Short Sword
Sword-type weapon, 5 base slashing damage, delay 3, one-handed

Yew Bow
Bow-type weapon, 10 base piercing damage, delay 5, two-handed, ranged
When a target takes more than 50 damage after resistance from a Yew Bow, they are Wounded.

Armor Armor enables you to use your resistance statistics against certain types of damage. (Some may add bonuses to resistance against certain types of damage.) Thus if a suit of mail grants resistance against slashing, fire, and cold, you subtract your physical or magical resistance from those types of damage when you are hit by them.

Chainmail
Grants resistance against slashing, cold, acid. +5 resistance vs. slashing.

Ironbark Splint Armor
Grants resistance against slashing, piercing, fire. +3 slashing resist.

Leather Armor
Grants resistance against slashing, cold, electrical, acid and fire damage.

Mage Robes
Grants resistance against fire, cold, electrical and acid damage. +3 resistance against fire, cold, and electrical.

Plate Armor
Grants resistance against slashing, bludgeoning, piercing, cold, fire, and acid damage.

Silverite Chainmail
Grants resistance against slashing, bludgeoning, fire, acid, and magical damage.

Shields Shields grant a bonus to both types of defense against the specified attacks.

Heraldic Shield
+2 Melee Defense, +4 Ranged Defense

Light Shield
+3 Melee Defense, +1 Ranged Defense
